C1QC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1QC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2, CT47A6, and OR4K2. Each is linked with C1QC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QC-to-partner and partner-to-C1QC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ2 grouped by C1QC-low versus C1QC-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QC→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
