Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QBPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,554 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C1QBPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELAVL1, MAGI3_S659, and SSB. Each is linked with C1QBPP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QBPP2-to-partner and partner-to-C1QBPP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QBPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QBPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
