Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QBPP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C1QBPP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher C1QBPP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QBPP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, COAD, and THCA are the cancer types where C1QBPP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
