Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1QB data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher C1QB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where C1QB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
