Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QB mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1QB data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher C1QB mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where C1QB mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
