C1QB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,672 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, THEMIS2_T593, and TRPM2_S38. Each is linked with C1QB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QB-to-partner and partner-to-C1QB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QB versus RCSD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QB→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
