Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,359 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C1QB-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, FCGR2A, and IFFO1. Each is linked with C1QB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QB-to-partner and partner-to-C1QB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QB versus DSE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QB→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
