Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QB protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,387 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C1QB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are A1BG, C1QA, and A2M. Each is linked with C1QB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QB-to-partner and partner-to-C1QB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QB versus A1BG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QB→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
