The most reproducible C1QB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomeric loop disassembly, Putrescine transport, and Negative regulation of nodal signaling pathway. Each is linked with C1QB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QB-to-partner and partner-to-C1QB results are reported.
