C1GALT1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1GALT1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,496 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1GALT1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, RPRD2_S928, and TCEAL1. Each is linked with C1GALT1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1GALT1P1-to-partner and partner-to-C1GALT1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1GALT1P1 versus RPRD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1GALT1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1GALT1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
