C1GALT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1GALT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,186 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1GALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFS, ZNF343, and PHC1. Each is linked with C1GALT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1GALT1-to-partner and partner-to-C1GALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1GALT1 versus EFS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1GALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1GALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
