C1DP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1DP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,921 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1DP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, ARHGAP45, and RCSD1. Each is linked with C1DP5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1DP5-to-partner and partner-to-C1DP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1DP5 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1DP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1DP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
