Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1DP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C1DP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher C1DP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1DP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LAML show a favorable association.

CHOL, HNSC, and KICH are the cancer types where C1DP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
