C1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP148, OR10G9, and RNU6-775P. Each is linked with C1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1D-to-partner and partner-to-C1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
