C1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, c-Met_pY1235, and 4E-BP1_pT37_T46. Each is linked with C1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1D-to-partner and partner-to-C1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
