C1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,641 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DAMP biosynthetic process, Purine deoxyribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with C1D in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1D-to-partner and partner-to-C1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
