C19orf33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C19orf33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,165 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C19orf33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of skin barrier, Keratinization, and Negative regulation of centriole replication. Each is linked with C19orf33 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C19orf33-to-partner and partner-to-C19orf33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of skin barrier grouped by C19orf33-low versus C19orf33-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C19orf33→partner) and Y-score (partner→C19orf33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
