Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C18orf63 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C18orf63 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher C18orf63 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C18orf63 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and CHOL are the cancer types where C18orf63 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
