Across TCGA patient cohorts, C18orf54 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C18orf54-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with C18orf54 in more than 1 cancer types.
