The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher C18orf32 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C18orf32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC and UCEC are the cancer types where C18orf32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
