C18orf25

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C18orf25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C18orf25-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ATM, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with C18orf25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C18orf25-to-partner and partner-to-C18orf25 results are reported.
