Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C17orf80 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C17orf80 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher C17orf80 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C17orf80 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and UCEC are the cancer types where C17orf80 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
