C17orf50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C17orf50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,080 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C17orf50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle budding, Regulation of protein oligomerization, and Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with C17orf50 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C17orf50-to-partner and partner-to-C17orf50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Golgi vesicle budding grouped by C17orf50-low versus C17orf50-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C17orf50→partner) and Y-score (partner→C17orf50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
