Across TCGA cell cohorts, C17orf113 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,242 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C17orf113-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with C17orf113 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C17orf113-to-partner and partner-to-C17orf113 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by C17orf113-low versus C17orf113-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
