Across TCGA patient cohorts, C16orf92 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf92-associated genes across cancer lineages are Macrophages M2 and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with C16orf92 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf92-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf92 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macrophages M2 grouped by C16orf92-low versus C16orf92-high in UCEC.
