Across TCGA cell cohorts, C16orf72 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,045 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf72-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of binding. Each is linked with C16orf72 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf72-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf72 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body grouped by C16orf72-low versus C16orf72-high in OVARY.
