Across TCGA cell cohorts, C16orf72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf72-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1 and BPIFA1. Each is linked with C16orf72 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf72-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf72 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LILRA1 grouped by C16orf72-low versus C16orf72-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
