Across TCGA cell cohorts, C15orf48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,729 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C15orf48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, Regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production, and Cytolysis in another organism. Each is linked with C15orf48 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C15orf48-to-partner and partner-to-C15orf48 results are reported.
