Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C15orf32 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C15orf32 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher C15orf32 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C15orf32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and UCEC are the cancer types where C15orf32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
