Across TCGA cell cohorts, C14orf39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,863 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C14orf39-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Positive regulation of heterotypic cell-cell adhesion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with C14orf39 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C14orf39-to-partner and partner-to-C14orf39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by C14orf39-low versus C14orf39-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
