The most reproducible C13orf46-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of Ras protein signal transduction, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with C13orf46 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C13orf46-to-partner and partner-to-C13orf46 results are reported.
