The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher C12orf66 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C12orf66 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and OV are the cancer types where C12orf66 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
