Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C12orf65 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C12orf65 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher C12orf65 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C12orf65 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, STAD, and COAD are the cancer types where C12orf65 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
