Across TCGA cell cohorts, C12orf43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,574 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C12orf43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA 5'-end processing, Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with C12orf43 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C12orf43-to-partner and partner-to-C12orf43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA 5'-end processing grouped by C12orf43-low versus C12orf43-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
