The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher C11orf94 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C11orf94 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and HNSC show a favorable association.
SCLC, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where C11orf94 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
