Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C11orf68 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C11orf68 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher C11orf68 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C11orf68 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and HNSC are the cancer types where C11orf68 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
