The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher C11orf58 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C11orf58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, PRAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where C11orf58 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
