Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C11orf58 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C11orf58 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher C11orf58 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C11orf58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LSCC show a favorable association.

OV, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where C11orf58 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
