Across TCGA cell cohorts, C11orf49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,748 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C11orf49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Response to mitochondrial depolarisation. Each is linked with C11orf49 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C11orf49-to-partner and partner-to-C11orf49 results are reported.
