Across TCGA patient cohorts, C11orf45 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C11orf45-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with C11orf45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C11orf45-to-partner and partner-to-C11orf45 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ naive T-cells grouped by C11orf45-low versus C11orf45-high in UCEC.
