Across TCGA patient cohorts, C11orf40 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C11orf40-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with C11orf40 in more than 1 cancer types.
