C11orf24

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C11orf24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C11orf24-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-13, RPL6P5, and RPL30P1. Each is linked with C11orf24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C11orf24-to-partner and partner-to-C11orf24 results are reported.
