The most reproducible C11orf24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GDP-mannose biosynthetic process, Protein localization to microtubule plus-end, and Protein localization to microtubule end. Each is linked with C11orf24 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C11orf24-to-partner and partner-to-C11orf24 results are reported.
