Across TCGA cell cohorts, C11orf24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C11orf24-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, OR1L4, and OR4D6. Each is linked with C11orf24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C11orf24-to-partner and partner-to-C11orf24 results are reported.
