Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C11orf1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C11orf1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher C11orf1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C11orf1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where C11orf1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
