C11orf1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C11orf1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,810 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C11orf1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TKFC, CUL5, and MRE11. Each is linked with C11orf1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C11orf1-to-partner and partner-to-C11orf1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C11orf1 versus TKFC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C11orf1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C11orf1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
