The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher C10orf88 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C10orf88 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where C10orf88 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
