Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C10orf88 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C10orf88 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher C10orf88 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C10orf88 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PDAC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where C10orf88 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
