The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher C10orf82 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C10orf82 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where C10orf82 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
