Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C10orf82 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,796 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C10orf82-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4711, MIR6827, and HNRNPH3P1. Each is linked with C10orf82 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C10orf82-to-partner and partner-to-C10orf82 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4711 grouped by C10orf82-low versus C10orf82-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C10orf82→partner) and Y-score (partner→C10orf82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
